CFA announces that Mr. Hugh Dallas from Scotland has been appointed to serve as an advisor to the President and Executive Committee of CFA in all refereeing matters and as an advisor of the President of the Referee Committee. 

Also, Mr Dallas will be responsible, among other duties, to educate referee and assistant referee instructors, to educate referee observers, to educate A' Division referees, and to observe and assess young promising referees. 

Also, he has to produce a five year development plan for young / promising referees and top officials, in cooperation with th C.F.A Referee Committee. 

The agreement of CFA and Mr. Dallas is for a three years period contract, started from 1st of June 2016.
